The T2N/2 is a high-quality DALI-2 Self-Test 3-hour switchable emergency lighting module designed to suit a wide range of LED types, circuits and applications which require a higher output. Whilst the T2N is designed for high voltage LEDs or longer linear applications, it can run certain self-driven lamps like GU10s (subject to testing). The unit is designed to work with lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries and is available in 2 main versions, one with PCB terminal blocks, for internal mounting inside a luminaire, or a pre-wired version for mounting remotely from the luminaire where integral mounting is not possible. The module automatically adjusts the output current to provide the best match between the battery and the load, providing maximum illumination whilst ensuring full battery duration. The module is supplied with a bi-colour charge healthy indicator LED. This range uses the latest LiFePO4 battery technology, dramatically reducing energy consumption and facilities management labour. For situations where the 2-cell LiFePO4 battery does not fit inside a luminaire due to its height, we are able to supply the T2N/2S kit which is supplied with a twin stick battery slimmer battery. If a DALI system is not connected to the T2N/2, then the unit will operate as a standalone self-test unit, reporting faults via a red indication of the charge LED.
