- Returns only apply to products unopened in their original packaging.
- Claims for short deliveries (missing or damaged products) must be made, in writing, within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be approved for return by LED Online Ltd prior to return.
- No item can be returned without written approval from LED Online Ltd.
- Customers must return their unwanted goods at their own cost using a ‘signed for’ courier service.
- Once inspected & approved the sale will be credited less the initial carriage cost.
- Product dependant, there may be a handling/re-stocking charge, please check before proceeding.
- In the unlikely event that a product develops a fault and is still under warranty (please refer to our warranty page for full details), please contact our sales office in writing to discuss.
