Return Policy

1. Returns only apply to products unopened in their original packaging.
2. Claims for short deliveries (missing or damaged products) must be made, in writing, within 48 hours of delivery.
3. The product must be approved for return by LED Online Ltd prior to return.
4. No item can be returned without written approval from LED Online Ltd.
5. Customers must return their unwanted goods at their own cost using a ‘signed for’ courier service.
6. Once inspected & approved the sale will be credited less the initial carriage cost.
7. Product dependant, there may be a handling/re-stocking charge, please check before proceeding.

Faulty Goods

1. In the unlikely event that a product develops a fault and is still under warranty (please refer to our warranty page for full details), please contact our sales office in writing to discuss.
